Items on our site that are “In-Stock” typically ship out within 1 to 3 days. Items that are custom made or special order typically take 3-5 weeks and will have the estimated production time notated on the product page.
If a tracking number has been processed for your order then it is not possible to cancel your order.
Shipments are sent by ground service. If a small package shipped by a carrier such as UPS or FedEx the transit time is 1 to 7 business days depending on your location. Larger items that ship by truck with to the front door service typically take 3 to 15 business days
After your order ships we will provide tracking information to you. Shipments by UPS or FedEx usually do not require you to be home for delivery as the driver will leave the package without signature. It is up to the driver’s discretion to not leave the package without a signature in cases of “high risk” areas. Instead, they will leave a note with instructions on how to complete the delivery.
Most shipments by truck will require you to be home for delivery. The trucking company will call ahead of time to schedule a delivery appointment. Please note the truck driver will not bring packages inside your residence or business unless you have paid extra to upgrade to room of choice or white glove delivery service.
If you receive delivery of an item that appears to be damaged, make a note about the damage with the driver. Do not reject delivery.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damages. Each case is different, but we will do our best to make things right for you.
